According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Association News, on 5 July 2017, the Revolutionary Court of Sardasht property and property have seized 2 civil and human rights activists with the names Hiva Molaniya and Kaveh Khezri in Sardasht city.


According to this report, Hiva Molaniya and Kaveh Khezri are outside Iran and this ruling was issued in the absence of these two individuals, due to the lack of defense of them and their families, and they are part of the government’s property, and the ruling was handed down by the Ismaili judge At the Prosecutor’s Office and on the basis of a lawsuit.
The two civil activist have been charged with propaganda against the regime, acting against national security, membership in anti-Islamic republican groups and recruiting and working in banned media, according to the ruling.
Further, the verdict states that defendants escaped abroad, where they have been financially and economically subsidized through foreign media and their families.
“In 2007, due to pressures from the Ministry of Intelligence, I had to leave the country and work in a human rights center,” Hiva Molaniya said. Hiva continues to say that after my departure from Iran, my family was under pressure and several times my brother, Abu Bakr Molaniya, was summoned to the Information Office.
At the end of this civil activist he says:
The decision to seize my property by the court and the intelligence office has been made due to my activities in human rights centers. The property seized according to the lawsuit of 9609974124100300 includes the following:
1_Ground 2 hectares and 2,000 meters in the village of “Na Las” belonging to both defendants. 2_ A land with an area of 1 hectare and a half in the village of Gulan, which belongs to Hiva Molaniya. 3_ Three part from the Polyethylene Workshop in the Sardasht Pishehsazi Town, belonging is to Kaveh Khezri.
It should be noted that the deprivation of Kurd’s political and civil defendants from being lawyers in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the judicial system of Iran is quite normal, and the issuance of absentee sentences in the absence of an accused in court or inside the country is based on the extraordinary commands of the courts is of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
